wraps around me

replaces the glue

Thank you! I’m not sure what I think of it. Once again it’s the music that inspires me. And then I wonder where the heck my mind goes. I really do enjoy that part 🙂
      Thanks for reading! 🙂

I definitely think it’s contextual. I mean, the complexity of her life, and depending on the nature of the vendetta, but at the end of the day, getting revenge wasn’t what she thought it would be. Ah humans. Hmmm I say that a lot. I think I need caffeine.

What I love about your poetry Vanessa is you have to spend time with the words and music and then sit with the poetry for a while looking for the clues. I may be way off the mark but I get a sense of darkness and consequences that can emanate from idle gossip.

I so appreciate you taking the time, Davy. I know people are busy. And I love that you love that! Thank you!
I thought about your take on it, too, and the gossip she wanted to start from her own mouth maybe…there are so many angles, I do love that.

      Aww thank you!
the stitches thing kind of happened when I pondered ‘vendetta’ a little bit more…whether it’s something she inherited from others with a whole other back story…and yes, definitely issues with undone-ing 🙂
